ManyMin, Tpad, Focus Lock and Notch Icons each fix one thing about using a Mac: where your time goes, switching between windows, staying on one task, and menu bar icons hidden by the notch. One key unlocks all four on your Mac. You pay once.
No subscription. Every app has a 14-day free trial with no card, and you have 30 days after buying to ask for your money back. All four need macOS 14 or later.
All five can sit in your menu bar. A drawing, not a screenshot.
What each app fixes, and what it costs on its own
Keep an eye on the number on the right. It is what you'd pay buying them one at a time. The first time you open each app it asks for one or two macOS permissions, and after that it runs in the background.
ManyMin
US$9.99 on its own
You open YouTube for five minutes, and when you look up it has been an hour.
ManyMin shows how long you've spent in the app or website in front of you, live, in a small panel or in the menu bar. Give a site a limit and it can cover the screen when you go over. Everything stays on your Mac.
Your three Chrome windows are one icon in ⌘Tab, so you click through them to find the right one.
Swipe three fingers on the trackpad and every window gets its own tile with a live preview. Slide to the one you want and lift. You can also choose what other three- and four-finger swipes, taps and pinches do, like changing the volume.
You open a new tab to check one thing, and an hour later you still haven't gone back to the work.
Tick the apps, windows and Chrome tabs you need, then press Start focusing. Everything else is hidden until you end the session, and an idea that pops up goes on a sticky note (⌃⌥Space) instead of into a new tab. To stop, you type out “I want to stop focusing now”. Pasting it doesn't work.
In Finder, ⌘X does nothing to files, so moving one means copying it and remembering ⌘⌥V.
With FinderCut running, ⌘X and then ⌘V moves files the way you'd expect. While you're renaming a file or typing in a search box, the keys work as normal. It's free whether or not you buy anything.
Here is what each choice costs. The bar is the price.
One app
US$9.99US$9.99 per app
Two apps
US$19.98US$9.99 per app
All four apps
US$19.99about US$5.00 per app
If you know you'll only ever use one of them, buy that one. It's the same app, and US$9.99 is the right price for it. The bundle starts to make sense the moment you want a second app, because two cost one cent less than all four.
And Notch Icons only does something on a MacBook with a notch. If your Mac has no notch, count three apps instead of four. Three bought one at a time still cost US$29.97.
Yes. When you buy the bundle you get one licence key, and it unlocks ManyMin, Tpad, Focus Lock and Notch Icons on your Mac. If you lose it, you can get it again at manymin.app/recover.
How many Macs can I use it on?
One. All four apps on that Mac use the same key. If you change Macs, you can move the key to the new one.
I already bought one of the apps. Can I still get the bundle?
Email support@manymin.app from the address you bought with and say which app you have. Rushan will sort it out with you by email.
How do refunds work?
Email support@manymin.app within 30 days of buying and you get your money back. No form, no reason needed. It is the same for the bundle and for a single app.
What does “new paid Mac apps released before 31 Dec 2027” mean?
If Rushan releases a new paid Mac app before 31 December 2027, it is added to your bundle key at no charge. Apps released after that date are not included.
This is a promise about the price, not a promise that a new app will come out. FinderCut does not count, because it is already free for everyone.
Do updates cost extra?
No. Each app gets all its updates for 1 year from the day you buy. After that you keep the version you have, forever, and nothing renews.
What do I need to run them?
ManyMin
macOS 14 or later. To count time per website it reads the current tab in Safari, Chrome, Brave, Edge, Arc, Vivaldi, Opera or Chromium, and macOS asks you once per browser to allow that.
Tpad
macOS 14 or later and a trackpad. It needs Accessibility access. Screen Recording access is optional and only used for window previews.
Focus Lock
macOS 14 or later and Accessibility access. Picking single tabs works in Chrome.
Notch Icons
macOS 14 or later and Accessibility access. It only helps on a MacBook with a notch.
FinderCut
Accessibility access, so it can see ⌘X and ⌘V in Finder.
All four apps for US$19.99, paid once. Two on their own would cost US$19.98.
